1.1 DisputeResolution Policyand Procedure

TEGhassetupaclose-loop feedbackand complaintmanagementsystemto gatherand addressall feedback/complaints received either fromstudents,staff,external partnersor thepublic.TheSchoolwillinvestigateandact toresolveconcernswithin7to 21 working days,depending onthe complexityofeach case. (Refer Annex 2)

TEG has a standard Student Feedbackand Complaint procedure to handle student feedbacksandcomplaints. All caseswill be documentedinstandardforms.
