The Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering (DME) is designed for technical aspirants who are looking to upgrade their skills and knowledge in M&E services. The course is structured to enhance the student’s technical skills in Electrical and Mechanical areas to meet growing demands in the M&E Engineering industry, specifically in the maintenance, service sectors and sophisticated industrial systems.
The course is designed considering the latest technology trends which would give the students sufficient knowledge in the cutting-edge industry to enhance their career in the industry.
DME is framed with 6 modules of key elements needed by M&E industry. The students would learn from the basic Electrical and Mechanical courses along with the safety requirements and a touch onto the management skills required for managing and supervising a project. Classroom sessions will include the use of innovative skills, group work, collaborative learning, and presentation & communication skills for a holistic learning experience.
Students graduating from this course can look forward to a career in the Engineering industry with industry-specific skills such as commissioning, designing in civil and construction management sectors, equipment maintenance.
Part time: 10 months
- Sunday Class 10am to 4pm or
- Saturday 6pm to 10pm & Sunday 6pm to 10pm
- Weekdays 7pm to 10pm

3. Managing Physical Resources in a Business Environment

A minimum attendance of 75% must be achieved for local students (Singaporean, PR, Employment Pass, SPass and work permit holders etc.) who are not holding student pass. Students whose attendance is below 75% (local students) are not eligible to submit the assignment or sit for the examination.
A student who is absent or considered to be absent from class/session, must provide documentary proof i.e. Original Medical Certificate issued by a General Practitioner, Polyclinic or Hospital to his/her Course Administrator immediately on his/her return to school.
